Ordering Process

Device Activation
After unlocking, your device requires a physical SIM card or eSIM to establish cellular connectivity. Note that eSIM availability varies by model and region; iPhone 14 and newer generations may support eSIM only on certain variants. Contact your carrier to obtain a SIM and activate service.
Limitations and Exclusions
- Devices with blacklist, lost, or stolen status cannot be processed
- This service does not remove iCloud activation lock
- Forgotten Apple ID credentials cannot be recovered through this service
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Incorrect IMEI submission
- Wrong carrier specified
- Device already unlocked prior to order
- Device subsequently reported lost or stolen after unlock
- Device contract in unpaid status triggering carrier re-lock
Important Terms
No warranty applies against future re-locking if the device becomes flagged as lost, stolen, or has outstanding contract payments. Once an order enters processing, cancellation is not available. Contact support to verify order status if delays occur.
