Procesul de comandă
- Furnizați numărul IMEI al dispozitivului pentru a vă iniția comanda
- Veți primi o notificare prin e-mail odată ce deblocarea este finalizată
- După finalizarea cu succes, starea dispozitivului se va afișa ca „SIM-Lock: Unlocked”
După Deblocare
- Insert a SIM card from a different carrier into the device
- Power on and activate the device normally
- If the device is linked to an Apple ID account, you will need to provide the associated email address and password during activation
Not Eligible
- Devices marked as blacklisted, lost, or stolen
Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders based on carrier service policies
- Incorrect IMEI numbers provided
- Wrong carrier specified
- Devices already in an unlocked state
- Devices with iCloud activation lock enabled
- Forgotten Apple ID credentials
Important Terms
This service does not remove iCloud locks or activation restrictions. If a device contract remains unpaid or the device is reported as lost or stolen after the unlock is processed, the carrier may relock the device. No refunds are issued in such cases. Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. If an unlock attempt is unsuccessful, the service credit will be returned to your account balance.
