To retrieve your Unlock Code, press the power button on the device 10 times consecutively. The code will appear on the screen. Examples of valid formats include: VW822Y112496 or 4ZFN-GJCJ-GSRD-3CJR.

Once the service is completed, you will receive confirmation via email. At that point, connect your device to a Wi-Fi or mobile network and set it up as a new device to complete the activation process.
