Service Requirements:
- Device must be linked to a phone number with the +27 country code
- Mi Account status must be clean (Lost device status is not supported)
- You will need to provide an Unlock Code to process the order
How to Obtain Your Unlock Code:
Press and hold the power button on your device 10 times. An Unlock Code will appear on the screen. Examples of valid codes include: VW822Y112496 or 4ZFN-GJCJ-GSRD-3CJR. Submit your order using this code in capital letters only.
After Service Completion:
You will receive an email notification when your removal is processed. Connect your device to a Wi-Fi or mobile network and set it up as a new device to complete activation.
